Located in a quiet hillside neighborhood, about 10 blocks from downtown, it is within walking distance or a short bike ride to the Deschutes River at Drake Park. The home has all your needs from high-speed Internet, cable, to a state-of-the-art kitchen.

This three-story home has a queen bedroom on the first floor, with private door to backyard and patio. There are two twin bedrooms (four twin beds total) with shared bathroom between rooms, and one 1/2 bathroom near living room. A full master bedroom (with gas fireplace) on the top floor features a large private bath. The master bath has a full size shower and a separate Japanese style soaker tub. The dining room (seating eight), living room and kitchen are on the second floor, with large west and north-facing windows bringing in daylight for a bright, cheery feel. The gas fireplace makes it cozy for the winter days.
