Davis Lake Loop – a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation – is our newest house in The Parks at Broken Top. This 3500 square foot home is in Bend's popular west side. It has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, tiled floors and is tastefully decorated for comfort.

The best feature of this house is the separate upstairs that hosts three sets of bunk beds, large flat screen TV, private bath for the kids, fully contained in their own area. Other family members can enjoy one of two queen bedroom suites (one upstairs and one downstairs) or the full king master bedroom. The house has 4.5 baths.

Need some private space to work? There is a good size den, downstairs, near the living room, with ethernet connection. Inside, you can enjoy the gas fireplace while watching the large flat screen TV (with cable). The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with granite counter tops and latest in stainless steel appliances. Dining room is opened into the living room area.

Outside, you can enjoy the summer weather on the large patio, complete with BBQ and wicker furniture to sit back and relax. Or take a soak in the large hot tub (anytime of year) or the community swimming pool during the summer months.

This home is perfect for the mountain biker, with plenty of trails near the home. Davis Lake Loop is walking distance to the Deschutes River trail or Tetherow Golf course. Like all our west side homes, it is close to shopping and near Century Drive, the gateway to Mt. Bachelor Ski area. So if you have a large family or small reunion, Davis Lake Loop maybe just right for your family needs.
