Located on Bend, Oregon's Westside just off Washington Drive. All minutes from downtown Bend, The Old Mill District and a short drive to Century Drive- the road to Mt. Bachelor!

Any of our townhouses and villas are an especially good choice for couples, who don't require a large home rental. Of the two, villas are larger, with kitchen and living rooms on the first floor, hot tubs on the deck, and carport parking.

All the townhouses have kitchen and living rooms on the second floor, with a small deck off living room. Townhouses also have either hot tubs or garages, depending on unit.

Prices range from $155 to $250 per night (depending on the season) plus room tax

FAIRWAY VILLAS

Overlooking the spectacular 18th hole, the Villas offer 1,730 square feet, nine foot ceilings and glass window walls. Full-size kitchen, living and dining areas. Two master suites have both private baths and double sinks. Expansive deck with barbecue and hot tub. Group carports only for the Villas.

CORNER TOWNHOUSES

Units 27 and 32 are our largest townhouse accommodations, 1,360 square feet apiece. The upstairs features a master suite with king bed, hideaway bed, 1-1/2 baths, kitchen, dining and living room plus deck with gas barbecue. Junior suite below offers a queen bed, full bath, living area, hideaway bed and kitchenette. These units does not have a hot tub, but do have garages.

COURTYARD TOWNHOUSES
Townhouse 23 has a hot tub.
Townhouse 24 does not have a hot tub, but does have a garage.


Similar to corner townhouse, only slightly smaller at 1,250 square feet. Upstairs features a master suite with king bed, full bath, kitchen, dining and living room (some with hideaway beds), and decks with gas barbecue. The guest rooms on the first floor feature a king bed, full bath, living area, wet bar and laundry. The three bedroom units feature hot tubs, while the two bedroom units have garages.


3 bedroom- $245 high season, $175 low season (have hot tubs)
2 bedroom - $200 high season, $155 low season (have garages)
