The townhouses and villas are an especially good choice for couples, who don't require a large home rental. All villas and townhouses have cable TV, kitchens, two master bedroom, laundry room and gas fireplaces.

The Villas are located on the southside of the Courtyard complex. Villas are larger, with kitchen and living rooms on the first floor, hot tubs on large decks, and carport parking only (no garages). Views vary a bit, according to location, but all are along the Broken Top Golf Course. Ask about special clubhouse uses available, including pool.

The townhouses are smaller, but have a private garage. They are located on the northside of the complex. All the townhouses have kitchen and living rooms on the second floor, with a mini deck off the living room. Downstairs has a private bedroom with mini-bar, just off the laundry room and garage.
